Instructions

  1. Download the appropriate application from your device's app store.
  2. Once the download completes, configure your app to connect to Bronson's Epic using the configuration links below.
  3. If needed, complete the Epic Authenticator enrollment if you have not done so (see guide below).
  4. Log in using your normal username and password and start using the application.

🔐 Epic Authenticator Instructions

Enroll your device for 2FA

  1. On your mobile device, install the Epic Authenticator app from the App Store or Google Play Store (links in the App Links section below).
  2. In the Epic Search Bar in Epic Hyperspace on your computer, type Two Factor and click on the first result.
  3. Login using the same password you use to log into Epic and click Accept.
  4. Follow the prompts to enroll your device.

  1. Click Having difficulties scanning the QR code?
  2. You will be presented with a box that provides a Secret Key.
  3. Open the Epic Authenticator app on your phone and tap Enter Manually.
  4. In the Epic Authenticator app, enter your Account Name (First and Last Name) and the Secret Key you see in the box from Step 6 and tap Accept.
  1. Click Next.
  2. Click Finish.

To log in to Haiku with Epic Authenticator:

  1. Login to Haiku/Canto/Rover with your Epic username and password.
  2. Tap the push notification banner.
  3. Tap Approve on the login request.
Note: If you have a new device or have uninstalled/reinstalled the Epic Authenticator app on your device, you can self-enroll using the same steps above. Before Step 4, click the Reconfigure button to start a new enrollment.

🛠️ Troubleshooting
  • App doesn't launch when you tap the configuration link:
    • Verify the app has finished installing and you can open it.
    • For iOS, you must use Safari. On Android, use Chrome.
    • Close this tab and any others that may have this page open. Open a brand new tab, re-launch this page, and try again.
  • "Login Failure - An error was encountered while communicating with the server."
    • Disconnect from WiFi and try again.
    • If you are at a WMED location and must use WiFi, use the 'eduroam' network.
  • "Login Failure - The application is not configured correctly."
    • Disconnect from WiFi and try again.
    • If you are at a WMED location and must use WiFi, use the 'eduroam' network.
    • Remove all connections in the Haiku app (or uninstall/reinstall) and tap the configuration link on this page again.
